Qigong

Since I discovered Qigong many years ago it has been an integral part of my life. I do Qigong early in the morning and it sets my mood for the day. I feel calm, centered and grounded. I sense the energy running through my body and experience a deep connection to the Universe. Whether I practice Qigong alone or with my friends it makes me truly happy.

Qigong is a set of slow movements performed slowly while paying attention to the breath. The movements can be organized in different series.
